Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you book an appointment, buy a gift card or make an agreement with Nirvana Thai Massasje.

Booking
- When you book on the website, you get a confirmation on screen and by e-mail. The appointment is then reserved for you.
- Check that your name, phone number and e-mail are correct, so we can reach you if anything changes.
- If you are under 18, you need consent from a parent or guardian.
- You can also book by phone, by e-mail or at the clinic. The same terms apply.
Cancellation and changes
- Cancelling or changing is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Call +47 406 27 684 or e-mail postnirvana@nirvana.no.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not show up, we may invoice 50% of the price.
- If you arrive late, we may have to shorten the treatment so the next customer does not have to wait. The full price still applies.
- If we have to cancel, for example because of illness, we will let you know as early as possible and find a new time. You do not pay for an appointment we have cancelled.
Prices and payment
- The prices on the website at the time of booking apply.
- You pay at the clinic after the treatment, with Vipps, card or gift card.
Health and responsibility
- Massage is for wellbeing and is not medical treatment. If you have an injury, illness, blood clots or high blood pressure, or are pregnant with complications, ask your doctor or midwife before booking.
- Tell the therapist about injuries, pain, pregnancy or anything else she should know before the treatment starts. Say so straight away if the pressure is too firm or anything feels uncomfortable.
- The therapist may adapt or decline a treatment if that is best for your health.
Respect
We only offer traditional, professional massage. In case of inappropriate behaviour or requests, the treatment is stopped immediately and the full price must be paid.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless something else is stated on the card.
- The gift card can be used for all treatments. Book as usual and bring the gift card.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. A gift card is a voucher of value, so keep it safe.
Business customers
- For invoiced gift cards and massage at the workplace, the quote or order confirmation we send applies.
- Business prices are stated excluding VAT. Gift cards are vouchers and are invoiced without VAT.
- Invoices are due in 14 days. Gift cards are activated when the invoice has been paid.

If you are not satisfied, we want to hear about it so we can put it right. Contact us on +47 406 27 684 or at postnirvana@nirvana.no. If we cannot agree, the Norwegian Consumer Council, Forbrukerrådet, can help. Norwegian law applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you booked apply to your booking.
