A calm oil massage with warm essential oils. You choose the scent yourself, for example lemongrass, jasmine or lavender. Releases tension and gives deep relaxation.
A combination of traditional Thai massage and aroma oil: firm pressure and stretching along the energy lines, finished with long, calm strokes with warm oil.
Targeted treatment of the one area where you feel the most tension, for example the back, neck and shoulders, hips or feet.
Not sure what to choose? Aroma Massage is calm and gentle. Aroma Mix Thai has firmer pressure and stretching. Feel free to ask us at reception.
Massage is for well-being and is not medical treatment. If you have injuries, blood clots, a fever, or a pregnancy with complications, talk to your doctor or midwife before booking.
Nirvana Thai Massasje is a small clinic run by therapists with Thai training and long experience. We work according to Nuad Thai, the old temple tradition recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The massage combines pressure along the energy lines (sen) with stretching and joint mobilisation.
